Hi! I'm Ellen, a user experience (UX) researcher. I'm currently a Master's student in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Georgia Tech. I'm also pursuing a graduate certificate in Science, Technology, and Society (STS).
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 2018, where I studied anthropology and mathematics. My theoretical backgrounds in these fields underpin my practice as a UX researcher.
I was formerly a technical solutions engineer and worked with several major hospital system clients to meet their technical and project management needs.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, eating good food, and hiking with my dog Suki.
Check out my episode of The HC-Hive podcast, where I discuss research and tech ethics with some of my peers.
